Privacy policy

This is the website for HRPhotoCo, Hailey Ryan’s photography business in Sheridan, Wyoming. This page explains what happens to the information you send me through it.

What I collect

• When you send an inquiry: your first and last name, email address, the session you’re interested in, and your message. Your phone number and a date or season only if you add them.
• When you sign up for the Journal: your email address.

There are no accounts or payments on this site.

What I don’t collect

This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or ad and tracking pixels like Meta’s or Google’s. The fonts and photos load from this site itself, so opening a page doesn’t tell Google or anyone else you were here.

Cloudflare, the company that hosts the site, keeps standard server logs, like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep it secure and running.

How I use it

• To answer your inquiry, and to plan your session if we book one. I’ll reply by email, or by phone or text if you gave me a number. I won’t send you marketing texts.
• Journal sign-ups only get Journal posts, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

I don’t sell or rent your information. The only people who handle it are me and the services below that deliver it.

Who handles it

• Web3Forms delivers inquiry form messages to my email (their privacy policy). If the form opens your own email app instead, your message goes straight from your email to mine.
• Gmail is where those messages land (Google’s privacy policy).
• MailerLite keeps the Journal list and sends the Journal emails (their privacy policy).

How long I keep it

Inquiries stay in my email as long as I need them to answer you and keep records of sessions we book. Journal addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Either way, ask me and I’ll delete yours. Optional

Your choices

• Email me at hrphotoco@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete what I have about you.
• Click “unsubscribe” in any Journal email to stop getting them.
• Do Not Track: this site doesn’t track you, so a browser’s Do Not Track setting doesn’t change anything here.

Kids and teens

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information. If you’re a senior under 18, please have a parent or guardian reach out with you when booking.

Other sites

Links to Instagram, WeddingWire, and The Knot take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Changes

If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
